Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return an item.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us with the following information:
- Email: Send your request to our customer service team
- Order number: Include your order number in the email
- Reason: Brief description of why you're returning the item
We'll respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
