Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return an item.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with the following information:

  • Email: Send your request to our customer service team
  • Order number: Include your order number in the email
  • Reason: Brief description of why you're returning the item

We'll respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
